Frequently Asked Questions

Nope! You don’t need a mom title to need an extra set of hands.
Whether you’re juggling work, family, a busy season of life, or simply have too much on your plate, I’m here to help.

While my most common tasks are home organization, my goal is to tackle whatever is weighing on your "mental load." Every home has its own unique hurdles—whether it’s prepping for a houseguest, purging a playroom, or managing a specific household project.
The services listed on the Home page are a great starting point, but they are by no means exhaustive! If there is a task that would make your life significantly easier, please bring it up during our initial consultation. I am always open to discussing custom tasks that fit within my home-management scope.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form to schedule a call—I’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.
I aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day. Leave your number in the Messages section of the contact page for a quicker reply through text.

To maximize the value of your 3-hour minimum, I recommend an empty house. I work most efficiently when I can move freely between spaces like the laundry room, pantry, and closets without disruption. This allows me to work through your list uninterrupted, so you can experience the ultimate luxury: returning to a completely transformed and refreshed home.
-
Not at all. While a cleaning service focuses on "scrubbing" (showers, toilets, floors), I focus on management. I’m the one who puts the toys away, clears the counters, and manages the clutter so that when your cleaners do come, they can actually reach the surfaces!
-
To truly make a difference in your home—handling laundry from wash to fold, prepping meals, and getting errands done—it takes a focused block of time. This minimum ensures I can complete my tasks thoroughly without leaving things half-finished.
-
For organizing and cleaning-related tasks, I use your preferred non-toxic products and tools to ensure your home smells and feels exactly how you like it.
I can recommend quality non-toxic cleaners if this is new for you.
For errands or grocery shopping, we can discuss the best way to handle finances.
-
Absolutely! I love helping with "once-a-year" tasks like swapping out seasonal wardrobes, organizing holiday decor, or prepping the house for out-of-town guests.
-
My mission is to be the "support system" that allows you to be the primary caregiver without the distraction of chores. By focusing strictly on the home—the laundry, the dishes, and the organization—I clear the path so you can give your kids 100% of your attention. I’m here to manage the house so you can manage the memories!
-
While my standard services don’t include dedicated pet sitting or dog walking, I am a huge animal lover! I am happy to work around your furry friends while I’m in your home.
I can certainly help with specific pet-related logistics (like prepping specialized food or restocking pet supplies) and dog sitting is something we can discuss as a potential add-on service in the future once we’ve established a routine.
-
Nothing special! Just have a list of anything you’d like me to tackle, and I’ll take it from there.
Because I’m mindful of the products and environments I work in, I ask that synthetic fragrances (such as Febreze, Glade plug-ins, or scented candles) and harsh chemical cleaners be avoided while I’m working in your home. This helps me stay comfortable and allows me to create a healthier environment for you and your family, too.
If you aren’t sure which products are a better choice, don’t worry! I’m happy to help you identify simple, high-performing, non-toxic swaps when you’re ready.
